MOVING CRATE RECORDS

Part of the 26-record crate checklist

ACCESS NOTES / SHARED CHECKS

Both moving crate records

All crates: 0/26

Open the record's map button for its written directions. The map selects the vehicle record, rather than placing a stationary marker. Check the crate after opening it; the same check appears in the full crate list.

How to use the freight-train record

The Moving Freight Train access instruction is: Board the circulating train. This is a vehicle search, so a coordinate copied from a single sighting would not tell you where the carriage is now. Use what you can see in your current mission to identify the train, then inspect it for the crate. This guide has no verified timetable, stopping point, boarding position or drawn rail route to follow.

  1. Open the freight-train map record and read the access note before searching.
  2. Identify the circulating train in the game. The website cannot locate its current position or tell you when it will reach you.
  3. After opening the crate, mark this record complete. Looking at the train or opening its map record does not complete the checklist.

If you are also collecting documents, the train has 2 separate note records: Train Boxcar Note (rear carriage) and Work Camp Escapee Journal (front carriage). Those notes keep their own checks. A checked train crate does not say that either document has been read.

How to use the patrol-truck record

The Moving Patrol Truck access instruction is: Watch the red convoy marker; check around Checkpoint #3. Treat the checkpoint as the published search reference and the red convoy marker as the reported vehicle cue. It is not a fixed truck coordinate, a promise that the truck is currently there, or a confirmed patrol loop.

  1. Open the patrol-truck map record so you are following the moving vehicle entry.
  2. Compare the reported marker and checkpoint reference with your current in-game view.
  3. Inspect the vehicle for the crate, then check this record after opening it. The nearby fixed checkpoint crate is a different checklist entry.

The full yellow-crate checklist includes both vehicle records alongside stationary caches. Use that list to review remaining crates after a vehicle search. The reported total remains disputed between 25 and 26; completing this website's list does not verify an achievement unlock.

Why a moving crate may seem missing

The map opens details but shows no pin

That is the intended treatment for both vehicles. Their source records have no fixed coordinates. The map's location list can still select them and show their access instructions. Search for “train” or “truck,” clear a progress filter if you have already checked the entry, or use either direct map link on this page.

A nearby crate is checked, but the vehicle is not

Each object has its own stable record. The patrol truck is separate from Infantry Checkpoint #3, and the freight-train crate is separate from its carriage documents. Review the name on the selected record before marking it. You can undo an accidental check without resetting the rest of your progress.

The vehicle is not visible where you expected it

The existing material does not establish a route, arrival interval, spawn requirement or reliable reload procedure. It cannot explain every absent vehicle in a particular save. Keep the entry unfinished while you check the current mission; a repeated visit to an invented stationary point would add no useful evidence. If your observation differs from the access note, send a correction with the vehicle name, platform, game version and what you observed.

Plan the rest of your collection

The hidden-bunker guide handles the recorded fixed entrances and their codes, while the complete code guide covers all 8 locks. Neither moving-crate record supplies a keypad code, so this page does not add one. For a regional collection plan rather than vehicle timing, continue to the Stranded walkthrough; its route groups existing records and is not a tested fastest path.

Checkmarks are saved in this browser and shared with the map, crates and notes. A shared location link selects a record without transferring your checks. This page uses the site's existing published-source data and does not claim a fresh in-game verification of either moving target.

Reset all progress?

This clears every checked code, crate and note on this browser. This cannot be undone.
