Provision is associated with the entrance desk. Mutiny has the access instruction “Climb using cart.” Traitors is associated with the bunker exit. Those descriptions give you different search contexts even though all three records belong to one area. Open the named map link, compare the reported grid and read the access line before marking the document.
The list is a checklist, rather than a required movement sequence. The coordinate map is an original schematic and does not establish corridors, room connections, floors or a traversable route between the points. Use the in-game environment to decide how to reach the desk, cart-side search or exit. A small distance on the grid alone does not settle where a document sits inside the bunker.
The Discipline record describes a broken-stair side room. Its published coordinates conflict, so the map withholds a precise marker and the card retains the two reported positions. Use the Discipline map record for the written description or find it in Location list. An unpinned entry remains part of the checklist; its absence from the grid does not mean it has been collected.
Do not substitute the Provision, Mutiny or Traitors coordinate for Discipline. Each title has its own stable record and checkmark. If you cannot match the side-room description, leave that record unfinished and keep the discrepancy available for a later review. The site has no independent in-game measurement that resolves the conflicting position.
This page's 4-record total comes from the Bunker region. The two keypad hatches in the hidden bunker guide are separate searches: Farm Field and Island. Their notes appear under River in the full mission checklist. A title that mentions bunkers elsewhere, such as the SAM Site Note About Bunkers, does not make it a pickup in this objective-area group.
Use the hidden-bunker guide when your immediate question is which hatch to open and which code it takes. Use this page when you are reviewing Provision, Mutiny, Discipline or Traitors. For all keypads together, open the eight-code guide. Keeping the scopes separate prevents a completed hatch from being mistaken for a completed document.
Filter to Hide completed, then compare the remaining titles with your search. Search a single title if the list is busy, and clear filters if a record seems to disappear. Check the document only after finding or reading it in the game. A checkbox updates this browser's log; it does not perform an in-game pickup or confirm a Noteworthy unlock.
These same IDs are shared with the full notes page and map. Refreshing restores saved checks when storage works, and another tab on this site uses the same log. Another browser or device has separate progress. Undo a mistaken check individually; the Reset progress confirmation clears all tracked categories, not just these 4 notes.
If the text or access differs in your game version, keep the record name and what you observed before reporting a correction. No verified replay recovery method or newly changed note position is available from the current data. The Walkthrough can help you group existing searches without promising a complete, independently tested campaign route.
Review the Jamming Station notes as their own station-area group. The Southeast container guide explains a separate keypad, interior crate and disputed note position. For the two vehicle-based supply caches, use the moving crates guide, which keeps moving records available without invented fixed pins.
